Anne is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 32 years of experience.
She has specialised in the areas of Commercial, Labour, Environment and Land, Family and Civil litigation.
She has worked with clients to resolve disputes where the subject matters are of high value through mediation, negotiations, arbitration, and litigation.
She has fully embraced the spirit and letter of Article 159 (2)(c) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, in the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution, which preserves the business and family relations.
Given her long-serving experience in guiding clients through dispute resolution, she has promoted mediation in all areas of her practice and particularly in family law, as it is the best method of dispute resolution.
She is also a legal advisor to a number of Foreign Missions on family law. She has gathered experience over the years on cross-border family issues and conflict of laws in related fields.
As a patriotic citizen of Kenya, she has taken up the civic duty of educating Kenyans on the law in media, corporates, local and international conferences, and in churches.
